The first two data visualizations were created with Datawrapper to illustrate heat-related deaths in the State of Maryland and anticipated extreme heat events around the state, by county, according to climate projections for the year 2040.
The last two were created with Flourish to illustrate the highest grossing films of 2023 (top) and U. S. book bans in 2022.
