I began experimenting with performance and deadpan humor during the Coronavirus global public health crisis in 2021. I hoped to debut these new projects in 2026 to coincide with the 250th anniversary of the world’s oldest constitutional democracy.

These ideas were launched by my determination to use “art school” tactics (read: creativity) to expose my lifelong illicit surveillance, which I did in a keynote address for veterans at Morris Frock American Legion Post No. 42 on Veterans Day, November 2024. It was also live-streamed on Facebook and televised by DC1.
